About Craig Clesson
Craig Clesson is the attorney behind Clesson Healthcare Law, P.C. Before opening the firm, he spent more than 20 years in-house at healthcare and life sciences companies, in roles including Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Privacy Officer. He wasn't outside counsel looking in. He sat in the seat where the hard questions got answered: building compliance programs, managing regulators, and translating the law into practical, actionable recommendations that the management teams could use to inform its decisions.
That experience shapes how we practice. No two healthcare businesses are alike, so we don't hand out one-size answers. We provide advice sized to your business, your resources, and your risks, with the flexibility to grow as your plans do.

Why the firm exists
Quality legal counsel shouldn't be a privilege of the companies that can already afford it. The people who spend their working lives helping others deserve someone in their corner too. Clesson Healthcare Law, P.C. exists to close the gap between the legal help that healthcare professional business owners and healthcare businesses need and the legal help they can access and afford.
Helping those who help others. It's why the firm exists.
