Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website of Clesson Healthcare Law, P.C. (“Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) located at www.clessonlaw.com and any related pages, content, features, or services (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to these Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy available at www.clessonlaw/privacy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time in our discretion. Changes are effective upon posting the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Informational Purposes Only; No Legal Advice
The Site provides general information about our Firm and legal topics. The content is for informational purposes only, may not reflect current legal developments, and is not legal advice. You should not act or refrain from acting based on Site content without seeking professional advice from a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Your use of the Site, including contacting us through the Site, does not create an attorney-client relationship with the Firm or any of our lawyers. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after we have confirmed that no conflict of interest exists and you and the Firm have executed a written engagement agreement.
Confidentiality Disclaimer for Unsolicited Information and Forms
Do not send confidential, privileged, or sensitive information to the Firm through the Site, including via contact, intake, or scheduling forms, unless and until you are directed to do so under a written engagement agreement. Information submitted before an attorney-client relationship is established may not be treated as confidential and may be used or disclosed as required by law.
Conflicts Disclaimer
Prior to accepting any engagement, the Firm will determine whether a conflict of interest exists under applicable rules. Submission of information through the Site does not enable us to perform a conflicts check and does not prevent the Firm from representing an adverse party.
Client Portal Terms
If you are provided access to any client portal or secure area of the Site (“Client Portal”):
- Authorized Users. Access is limited to authorized clients and their designated representatives as approved by the Firm.
- Credentials and Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for restricting access to your devices. Notify us promptly at security@clessonlaw.com if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident.
- Permitted Use. The Client Portal may be used solely for lawful purposes related to your engagement with the Firm and in accordance with these Terms and any additional portal-specific terms.

- Termination. We may suspend or terminate Client Portal access at any time, with or without notice, including after the conclusion of the engagement.
- Responsibility for Activity. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Consent to Electronic Communications and Marketing Opt-Out
By providing your contact information through the Site, you consent to receive communications from us, including emails, phone calls, and SMS/text messages, regarding your inquiries, services, and updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message. Opting out of marketing messages will not affect administrative or transactional communications related to an existing matter or engagement.

- Refunds and Chargebacks. Any refunds are subject to the terms of your engagement agreement and applicable law. You agree not to initiate chargebacks for properly authorized payments and will first contact the Firm to resolve any billing dispute.
- No Guarantee of Outcomes. Payment of fees does not guarantee any particular result or outcome.
