Three states, one counsel.

Tennessee Healthcare Attorney

Craig Clesson works as a Tennessee healthcare attorney from our Nashville office near Nashville International Airport (BNA), and his license covers the whole state. We help medical, dental, and other healthcare practices across Tennessee, along with the founders building companies that serve them. Craig is licensed in California and Illinois as well, so a Tennessee practice that grows into another state keeps the same attorney.

Our Nashville office

The office is in Suite 315 at Highland Ridge II, 555 Marriott Drive, on a business campus off Elm Hill Pike. Check in at the front desk in Suite 315 and we'll meet you there.

Parking is on site. From the airport, take Donelson Pike north, turn left on Elm Hill Pike, then left on Marriott Drive, about a five-minute drive. Downtown Nashville is about 15 minutes away, and a local bus route serves the campus. Hotels and restaurants sit within walking distance if you're in town for the day.

First consultations happen by video, and you can handle the whole engagement remotely. If you want to meet in person, book a time and we'll reserve a meeting room.

Serving practices across Middle Tennessee

The Nashville office serves healthcare practices and companies in four counties:

  • Davidson County:Nashville, Antioch, Donelson, Hermitage, and Madison
  • Williamson County:Franklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill, and Nolensville
  • Rutherford County:Murfreesboro, Smyrna, La Vergne, and Eagleville
  • Sumner County:Hendersonville, Gallatin, Portland, and Westmoreland

Craig's Tennessee license is statewide. If your practice is in Knoxville or Memphis, we'll work with you by video.

Healthcare law services in Tennessee

Tennessee practices answer to their own licensing and ownership rules, and those rules keep changing. Each engagement starts with the facts of your business. The pages below walk through each kind of work in plain language:

Licensed in Tennessee

Craig Clesson is admitted to practice law in Tennessee. You can confirm his license on his Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility (BPR) attorney listing. He's a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Health Law Association.

Craig is licensed in California and Illinois too. If your plans include either state, the same attorney handles that work from our other offices:
